• Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $100 and over! Shipping for orders under $99 is $6.95 USD. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days due to high order volume.
• FREE local pickup is available in Sedalia, MO (please include in order notes in your shopping cart.)
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns

• Shabby 2 Chic Boutiques does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchange if the item is available.

• You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit. Read our full return policy here.
• The credit will be placed on a gift card and never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.
• Shabby 2 Chic is not responsible if you loose the gift card.
• All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
• ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY/TIGHTS, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
• ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.
