Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

  • Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $100 and over! Shipping for orders under $100 is based upon weight. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business Days due to high order volume.
  • Orders placed after 12pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Sedalia, MO (please include in order notes in your shopping cart.)

Returns:

    • Shabby 2 Chic Boutiques does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do size exchanges. Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.
    • You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit. 
    • Store credit expires 1 year after issuing and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. 
    • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange if they meet any of the below criteria:
  • Final sale item / ineligible item
  • Past 14-day return window
    • Item has been worn, washed or damaged

        • All Accessories  
          • Jewelry

                      • Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase
                      • ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.
                      • DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO PREVIOUSLY MADE PURCHASES.
                        Instructions for Return:
                        • You can start the return process by clicking on "Return Your Order" on the Footer menu of the site.
                        • Order number is case sensitive (order number always starts with CR)
                        • Your order number and email is required to submit the return.
                        • After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that the prepaid label must be used within 3 business days or it will expire.
                        • Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 3-5 business days.
                        • Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.
                        • Please note theClothesRak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

                        Exchanges:

                        How will I receive my Store Credit?

                        Expect an emailed Store Credit within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
